01.General Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "the User", "you") and vsl789 (hereinafter "vsl789", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://vsl789.net, including all associated services, games, betting markets, promotional offers, and support functions (collectively, "the Service").

04.Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the vsl789 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). vsl789 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank transfers. The availability of specific methods may vary depending on your location and account status.

Deposits

General Bonus Conditions

07.User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited and will result in immediate investigation, account suspension, or permanent closure, along with forfeiture of any outstanding balance where applicable:

08.Account Suspension & Closure

vsl789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, suspected fraudulent activity, technical security concerns, or upon request from the account holder.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your vsl789 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before your account is closed, any withdrawable balance will be returned to your registered payment method, provided that all outstanding KYC requirements have been met. Accounts closed at the player's request may be reopened upon written request, subject to vsl789's review and any applicable waiting period.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem may request self-exclusion via live chat support. Self-exclusion results in account closure for a minimum period of six months.
